Sharp pain inside.... butthole? Lol

Sorry for the crude language 😂 almost 34 weeks. but I keep randomly getting a sharp pain from the inside. It doesn’t hurt on the outside. It lasts for not even a second each time but it’s very annoying. Is it just the pressure of the baby orrrr? Any experience anyone?

For my first the pressure happens when baby dropped and would moved her head it would cause a quick sharp pain, it also happens to the vagina and is called lightning crotch.

Lol I have this too. I'm assuming it's just pressure from the babies head pushing down.
