International Travel with a newborn

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with traveling with a new born between 3-4 months? My husband and I run an international health retreat in Bali Indonesia and our baby will be 3.5 months when we go and our doctor says it should be fine but I’ve been getting a lot of negative feedback about traveling with our baby. Curious to hear other ladies experiences?
