I’m due in mid September but our wedding anniversary is late August. We always take a trip for it, usually just a weekend thing and the activities vary. Last year we went to San Jose (we live in NorCal) to the Winchester mystery house and a few museums.

This year we were thinking about heading to Monterrey Bay to visit the aquarium and a few other sites. I’m thinking earlier in August would be better of course but should we just not take a trip at all? Or should we do it earlier? It’s only about a 3 hour drive. Earlier worries me because California is hot af in the summer. Granted the coast will be cooler but still.
