I have a tilted uterus and my cervix is severely tilted to where it is very difficult for me to even feel the opening of my cervix around ovulation. My fiance has a varicocele and we are going to discuss options to fix it or help his sperm count, possible medication or surgery. I just want one more try with something new before he has surgery if we go that route.
