normal?

im 14w4d, i’ve been feeling shortness of breath, is this normal? if it is, what helps? this is my 1st pregnancy btw.

I have been too, even when I'm just having a conversation. Dr said it was normal in pregnancy unless you are having any kind of chest pain.

Apparently it’s normal! I don’t remember feeling this way so early in pregnancy with my daughter. I’ve been so short of breath and my heart rate goes way up when I feel that way and I get dizzy/light headed. It almost feels like a panic attack just not quite as severe. I notice it the most in the morning/early afternoon. It’s like once I eat a good lunch, it improves. I called my doctor the other day when it was bad and she said it’s very common.

Yup since I've been pregnant. I'm 13 weeks now. My doctor said it was normal. I forget things downstairs nightly so up and down the stairs a bunch doesn't help.

I had the same early pregnancy than it subsided after 12 weeks..
