Alright mommas I need your help now!

Ill be 31 weeks tomorrow having sharp pains through my stomach like someone is ripping me open, and I haven’t really noticed as much movement today.. with my first I only knew I was in labor because my water broke and had back labor... I’m worried. Any advice
