If I try to wear my washable/reusable ones I have to change them like constantly because I leak so much! Disposable ones are a lifesaver! I probably change them 2-3 times a day depending on how full they get! But they keep everything dry even when full of milk which is nice! I just feel cleaner if I change them often.

I have reusable ones so anytime I feel that they are wet, I change them which ends up being two to three times a day. My midwife suggested this because keeping everything dry helpa prevent cracking and thrush.
