Black mold

Ok I need advice. And to hear from those who might have had a similar situation.

We just moved into a rental and long story short the owner didn't notify of the rental company about sewage flooding problem. It has flooded twice since being here for a week from roots being in the plumbing system.

They came in and tore up all the wood flooring and since doing so it has stunk so bad. It's a very strong mildew smell. And there re black patch mark type things all over the concrete now.

I honestly think its black mold. I mean they've had the floor torn up since Tuesday and it still smells something terrible.

I'm pregnant, have a 1 year old, and my husband has bad allergies and asthma.

We've decided to buy a test kit to see for sure but we are afraid we wont get the results back in time. They're suppose to lay the floor back down next week!

Should I tell the rental company my concern? Go ahead and clean it with bleach anyways before they lay the floor? Idk what to do!!

I don't want myself or my family to be around this. Especially if it already stinks so bad and our bed is around it because the rooms that flooded are next to our master bedroom!! I'm terrified. I don't even think the rental company will do anything.
