My little boy is 13 days old and I’ve only been out twice for an hour and a hospital appointment.

I’m bf and topping up with bottle and have 2 other little ones and feel so overwhelmed by even thinking of going out.

I feel lost in the cycle of feed feed feed and the past 2 weeks have been a blur!

I really want to go out and enjoy my baby but after 2 weeks of weight loss and just focusing on feeding I feel a bit overwhelmed with anything else.
