It can be a symptom of depression. Something to talk about with your midwife or doctor. Exercise can really help with mood issues. They may suggest some counselling.

If you feel like this more often than not, it’s probably depression. I feel this way a lot. Not sad or suicidal. Just like flat.

Everyone feels numb sometimes but it’s not normal to feel that most or all of the time

Means you might not have a conscience :) or you are a sociopath. Or you are depressed. Idk I’m not a therapist
