Possible miscarriage

I found out yesterday that I am pregnant, but I also passed a very large clot and spent most of the day in the ER. It’s to early to see anything on an ultrasound, but I’m really hoping I’m not miscarrying. I have PCOS and they just had put me on medicine to start a period before I knew I was pregnant. Anyone ever have heavy bleeding and things turned out okay? I go back to the doctors monday for another blood test. I’m try to be realistic, but I also really hope this isn’t happening to me 😞
