Last night my fear happened

So I work at a restaurant with a drive thru next to really shitty apartments the police are always at and a lot of tweakers and meth heads live there. I’ve never had a issue with them until last night so I never thought anything would happen. I was over by the counter cleaning and this crack head started banging on the window and me being 33 weeks pregnant, the only one up front and the only female in the store I didn’t feel comfortable going up to the window to see what the matter was. I was asking my manger to come deal with it when she OPENED THE WINDOW AND TRIED TO JUMP IN THE WINDOW SCREAMING ABOUT HOW SHE NEVER GOT HER FOOD EVEN THO THERE WAS NO ORDERS UP AND HADNT BEEN FOR 20 OR SO MINUTES. My manger care up to deal with it but she was screaming at me about how I took her money and needed to be fired (I had never seen with this women before in my life and didn’t help her, I let my manger). Eventually when she reached for my manger he just shut the window and locked it but she stood outside banging on the window and screaming for another 5 minutes until we almost called the police. Our store was closed (only the drive thru open) at the time so she couldn’t come inside thank god. The whole thing was terrifying and I ended up having a panic attack in the back.

I’ve always had a big fear of a customer doing that or hurting me (I know it’s completely stupid but I’m really into true crime and there have been a lot of cases where people have done that and I tend to be the only one up front and since I’m a relatively small pregnant female that’s why it scares me) so this was absolutely terrifying for me.
