I bleed in class🤭

Hey, so I’m 14 years old and I can use the biggest tampon ever or even a tampon AND a pad and I still manage to bleed in class...I change my tampon and pad in between classes (every hour) and I STILL bleed, I don’t know what to do because my teachers don’t let me go to the bathroom sooooooo I’m lost😢 any tips?
