Symptoms before implantation?

I'm currently 5 dpo and don't have any symptoms so far (other than a bit of fatigue and a bit of bloat, but I don't believe this is a result of pregnancy). I've seen some ladies mention that they have symptoms before implantation would typically occur, is that possible? I was thinking if we did conceive I wouldn't notice anything until 6-12 dpo, but please share if you happened to feel anything early on before your BFP!!
