I lost 5 pounds since I found out Im pregnant. Im not having morning sickness just low appetite, is anyone experiencing the same?

I've lost a few pounds, but it might be mostly because I'm not drinking alcohol anymore!  I've also found myself eating less, but more frequently, so that might contribute?  Sounds not uncommon, though.

It is normal to drop a few pounds in the beginning, I have with both pregnancies now. My first I was so sick and throwing up so much that I lost 20lbs in the first 4 months!!! This time around I have lost 10lbs in the first month but only because I am nauseous and have little to no appetite. I think my weight loss is on the high side but I have heard from many others that they dropped 5-10lbs with pregnancies that they were nauseous/throwing up.
