How should I do my makeup?

Hey guys, it’s my first night out on Friday, since having my second daughter. She’ll be nearly 9 weeks old! I’m a young mum and I can’t wait to have fun as just a 23 year old woman whilst my fiancé has our girls lol. It’s been a long time since I went out, I’ve ordered myself a new outfit and I wanna do my makeup really nice! Can I get some advice on colours etc? I love wearing eyeshadow. Here’s a photo of me and the outfit I’ve ordered. Thanks! X

With the outfit I’m thinking a look more centered around eyeliner. So just a neutral Brown shadow in the crease, highlight the inner corner, and a sharp winged liner (doesn’t have to be too big but I definitely think it would look great!) as for lips a nice nude with some gloss.
