Pregnant after Ectopic?

Have any of you women gotten pregnant immediately after your surgery? If so, when did you find out? Was it a viable pregnancy?

I didn't have an ectopic, but I had my tube removed due to hydrosalpinx (patho showed multiple cysts throughout the tube) in April and found out my remaining tube was blocked. I got pregnant in August and so far baby is healthy. I was completely terrified it would be an ectopic because my tube was blocked.. I'm still not sure how it wasn't.

I had an ectopic last April and found out I was pregnant in October. I’m now 20 weeks and doing well.
