So I was on Facebook and my coworker posted “ my job is a joke. Everyone here is a joke. All it is is favoritism smfd” and this kinda got me worked up because she’s EVERY MANGERS favorite even tho she does no work. She gets scheduled all the hours she wants which leaves me and everyone else getting random hours even if we requested it off, barley any to the point most of us have a second job, and she barley does any work! I do more work than her at 33 weeks pregnant because all she does it walk around complaining. The first 3-4 months of me working there one my issues had a problem with me and made my schedule two hours a week. I went up to all of them crying asking what I did to make them cut my hours this much because I was trying so hard and it was a joke I had without even realizing I offended anyone because it was never brought up to me. Now that Ive fixed it and everything is all good in the hood and I’ve been improving my relationship with my mangers we worked it out I’d be the main closer when I’m back from maternity leave m-f and I’d get 40 hours a week (I’m doing around 30-35 rn but 40 will help so much) and I’d be getting a raise and looking at a possible promotion because my work has been really good and I’ve put so much effort into my job. My manger literally said when T (the girl who posted the FB post ) finds out she will be PISSED, well I guess she found out 🤣. We’re both students but I have an apartment, bills, and a baby, she doesn’t. Her hours aren’t even being cut there just being moved to early times in the day. If she thinks this is favoritism towards me she’s stupid because I’ve worked hard for this and deserve it. Ugh I just needed to rant
