I went to the GYN on 1/29/19 because I was spotting and I thought it had to do with implantation bleeding because I had symptoms and googled them all afterwards and everything matched. So I was convinced.. My GYN checked my ovaries and told me everything looked perfect and that there were no issues with them or me. That maybe the spotting was an "early period".. Mind you, I don't have an irregular period. So at my 2 week missed period mark (2/16/19) I went back to the GYN and did another sonogram and she told me that I had tiny cysts over my ovaries and that I had a thick lining in my uterus and that my period should be coming soon.... But I am just a little confused. Because she saw nothing the first time but now she sees cysts? So I started googling and found out that cysts appear duting pregnancies are normal. But my tests are all negative.. So as far as I know I am not pregnant. But I do feel like I am.. I have all different kinds of symptoms. Has this ever happened to anyone??
