Ovarian Cysts

My period is 3 days late and I can tell it definitely still isn’t on its way... February 4th I had a cyst rupture on my left side, very very painful. But was told there’s a 4 cm that has not ruptured on my right side. I don’t really feel it’s good that it’s making me not have a period. If I don’t start at all, do I go back to the doctor? I know it hasn’t ruptured as that discomfort has never left. I know cysts are normal but this is really my first time dealing with this and I don’t know what to expect is normal/abnormal.
