Nursing and pregnant

We just found out we are pregnant and took completely by surprise. I am nervous Bc I can’t get into the doctor until later this week. Do you think the control line on the preg test being lighter than the other means anything alarming? This is the third test I took Bc I am so nervous if it’s still in there and doing ok.
