Feel like giving up. HELP!

Breastfeeding my 3week3day old baby and it went well to start with. But now it’s making me wish I never started. Which breaks my heart. He will latch on perfect. Has a feed, falls asleep so I put him down. Next thing I know he’s awake and wanting more. I feel like he’s forever on my boob and that I can’t be feeding him enough. I am exhausted. Everyone keeps saying it’s a growth spurt and to just keep putting him on my boob when ever he wants. But if that’s the case he’ll be on my boob 24/7.

Need some advice or reassurance because I feel like I’m failing.
