Baby Acne?

Anyone else dealing with baby acne? Does putting breast milk on the acne really work?

We waited it out. Breast milk reduced redness but didn’t make it go away

We had it SO badly. I started using Mustela micellar water for sensitive skin, breast milk, and baby dove lotion when dry. One week later and it’s so much better!

Use Aquaphor cream on baby acne. It will go away in 2-3 days of use. Also keep baby skin clean and dry.

We used aquaphor. Its has cleared up since, we put it in every morning and as needed.

My baby had a very dry forehead and little red acne in her t-zone, so I just put a little bit of coconut oil daily and it has gone away.

Breast milk didn’t make it go away completely but it definitely helped.

It doesn't necessarily make it go away but does help with redness and spreading it seems for our son
