Pregnant after BC

I was recently on BC for 14 years. I finished my last cycle on it August 9. Based on my bbt chart and cm it looks like I ovulated this month. I'm curious how everyone's body reacted after coming off of the pill. I had regular cycles before going on. AF is due 9/11.
