UPDATED: Proud Fit Momma!!!
Proud of my wee one who is now a week old and proud of all the hard work I put in over the course of 9 months to maintain my fitness and healthy eating. It took a lot of hard work and dedication. A lot of motivating myself to get to the gym on days where I'd rather ride the couch. Ignoring self-made excuses of "It's only one missed session..."
Ultimately it was all worth it in the end. I'm extremely proud I stuck to my exercise and healthy eating my entire pregnancy. I'm glad it was something I was able to do for my wee one. And as rough as it was some days, I'm sure my body appreciates it too.
Hang in there mommas! It's tough, but you can do it. And remember every little bit helps!


UPDATE: Almost back to normal! Planning on getting back to mild upper body stretches and weightlifting starting today.
