Fake friends

So recently my friend told another I don’t like her and I have been talking about her behind her back but I haven’t been talking about her and then they confronted me and I told them the truth that I didn’t say anything and the one who was saying I was talking about the other one was on of my closest friends and I am really sad and I need some advice on how to cope
