Tmi - pinkish mucus discharge

I had my period 14th August and had sexual intercorce with my partner but he didn't do anything inside me. We have a 4 month old baby boy. Does this mean I am very fertile? I also noticed a drop of blood on my toilet paper 2-3 days ago but nothing only that drop of blood. I have cramping also..
