A little bit of a back story:

I had a miscarriage in August 2017 and ever since then my periods have been extremely heavy (soaking a S+ tampon within 2 hours) and the cramps have been unbearable, to the point of taking medication every month.

At about 7DPO I started spotting. Just a little bit on the TP, and some on a pad. It’s been about 3 days now I’m still spotting, it’s very light with absolutely no cramps.

Do you think it’s possible for it to be implantation bleeding or is it a period?
