So confused why am i in pain still

My son is 9 months old. I have got really sore lower abdomen like cervix hurts n my womb area, when im ovulating really its worse, i have to take paraceramol to have sex its just so annoying now like its painful to press on or to have sex why the hell is this happening. Iv been to my doctors there pretty useless..
