Ovulation pain?
I sometimes ovulate on my own and when I do, I can feel it so I know when I do. Glow predicted ovulation a few days ago and sure enough I felt the ovulation cramp on my right side but this time my nipples and breasts hurt a few days before and still hurt now. Is this a good sign? I've never had this happen before. I have PCOS so ovulation is just messy and inconsistent. Is this normal?
