I took DayQuil around 6:30-7PM and turned around and took NyQuil around 8. Is this okay? I didn’t think of it and now I’m freaking out, my anxiety is getting the best of me.

That’s way too close together considering they both have acetaminophen in them. That can be very hard on your liver so watch out for abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. An overdose is considered over 4,000 mg in 24 hours and a large overdose that could cause death is 7,000 mg. Considering those medications contain about 600mg each you’re at 1,200. So not sever but it could definitely cause discomfort. I wouldn’t take anymore till tomorrow evening to give your body the chance to metabolize that. You should be okay but if you start feeling off go to the ER. Just don’t take anymore 😊
