I think you need to wait a couple days and see if AF is coming. And if it doesn't, take an hpt. 
Maybe it's an implantation bleeding.

i experienced this with my first baby. it started the day my period was due and lasted a week. tested at 1 week late and was pregnant :)

That's kind of what I had but it had a Lil clot... I used a tampon and it just came out with a brown spot
