I’m due tomorrow but am getting induced next Wednesday at 730 AM. I have an appt with my doctor next Tuesday at 1120 AM to see if I’m further dilated. I’ve been at 1 CM for 2 weeks now. Baby seems content to stay in there.

My doctor said she will insert a catheter on Tuesday if I’m not further dilated anymore. I have a few questions that I can’t find much information on.

Does it hurt? Will they give you pain meds if it does? I’m a wuss when it comes to pain and already plan on getting an epidural. Were you able to go home with it or did you have to stay in the hospital? How soon after did labor start? Did you go naturally into labor after or did you have to take the medicine they use to induce?
