My baby has a dilated bowel , I have to go to a bigger city in a few weeks to get a better ultrasound.. my doctor isn’t saying much to me, I’m scared this is my first baby...

Maybe the doctor doesn't know more. That's why you're being sent to another place.
I get the worry, but not much to do other than wait for the next ultrasound and hear what they have to tell you then.
And when you get there, Remeber to ask questions! Tell them to tell you what they see and include you as they do the scan.
