Does anyone on here have Crohn's Disease?

I'm 16 and just got diagnosed with it two days ago and I have CDEF. Still in the hospital hoping to get out soon. Any good advice on how to deal with flare ups and things like that? ​

I have Ulcerative Colitis. I was in the hospital two months ago for 4 days with a flare up. I really watch my diet and exercise to keep flares at a minimum. I've learned that certain foods are not good for me and others are. Everyone is different, that's why it's important to keep a daily log of what you eat and when to determine what foods to avoid. It's been a long and painful road but I think I'm on the right track now.

My bf does.. There's a book called "the makers diet" and it's basically what you can eat that helps with that particular disease, eat healthy!!
