Need some advice

I'm 16 and me and my boyfriend want to have sex.. like we've been talking about it and (btw I'm also a virgin...never had sex before so I'm nervous) I dont want my parents finding out that I'm having sex already . Would I be okay if he uses a condom?? I get really paranoid over everything and I just dont want anything going wrong.
