How many inseminations?

I have a known donor that lives relatively close. He suggested we inseminate everyday of my fertile window (that’s how he achieved his first child) although I’ve learned from some of you it only takes once. Should we go with everyday or break some of the days up? I’m blessed to have someone available everyday but I don’t want to over work the swimmers if that’s even possible...

I did the day before positive opk around 6pm the day of positive around 7:30pm and the day after around 6pm and got pregnant first cycle . Syringe method only .

I only did one day but I’ve heard every other day so that he has time to rest in between.

I prefer a 3 day insemination when you get a positive opk.

I’m trying to figure it out to. I was told that it’s best to do like every other so the speed count it higher. A man needs to rest to replenish.
