Baby acne?

Is there any way to help get rid of it. My baby has sooo much out of no where at 3 weeks old

There’s not much you can do, my baby broke out around 3 weeks also and now at almost 6 weeks, it’s starting to look better. It will go away on its own.

I found that putting any lotions or creams on my baby only made it worse. The only thing that helped him was me cleaning his face with a cloth and warm water morning & night. Keeping him clean really helped dry them out but it did take time. 3 weeks later its pretty much completely gone.

I used aveeno eczema lotion and it went away in a week or two! It comes and goes though. Don’t use wipes on their face either it’ll cause it to break out.
