Initiating Sex

Ladies I need help, I’m from South Africa and I have been in the United States for a year now and have zero friends. It’s simply be cause I don’t go out at all, I have a 1 year old daughter and my husband works all the time. I don’t have friends to talk to about such issues...My problem is I can’t initiate sex with my husband, You can say that I’m shy to initiate and I have always been like that. How do you suggest I get over this hurdle? He also mentioned to me that he thinks it’s sexy when ladies initiate sex, I feel so bad😔
