Symptoms day after ovulation ends?

Hello I stopped ovulating yesterday (19th)  ever since 4 am this morning I've had a dippy tummy like my belly is feeling strange and I've been feeling nausea and headache. Is it possible to feel a succeful conception if the day after of heavy feeling. My cervix is very high and gone into the wall but still open. Im due my next cycle 4 th March. 2WW now. Finger crossed ... any advice ?

You would not have pregnancy symptoms that soon, and there is no such thing as conception symptoms, unfortunately.
You’re most likely still having ovulation symptoms or you’ve got a stomach bug.

I've read that alot about woman knowing right away they were pregnant before they could test. Anyway we're u pregnant?

Some women know there pregnant even before the bfp. So you never know

It's not a stomach bug I but feel nausea and headache and my belly bloated and feels like there something in there..I've got two children so this would be my THIRD so please don't treat me like I'm dumb.
