Can you break open fenugreek capsules?

If so can I mix them with tea? Or apple sauce? Those things are massive there’s no way I’ll be able to swallow them... thanks :)

I wouldn't see why you can't, if you're using it for your supply you could mix it into oatmeal which will also boost supply.

Hi Victoria. If tables are difficult, you can soak a tea spoon of whole dry fenugreek in water at night and swallow them in empty stomach in the morning. It is easy to swallow.
