37wk check up, Reflexology & Nipple Stimulation
Gained an extra pound 😞
Didn’t do the membrane sweep
2cm dilated 🤗🤗🤗
doctor pissed me off not doing the sweep 😡😡😡😡😡😩🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Anyways I read up on Reflexology & going to start applying pressure to the areas that will stimulate & induce labor. Doctor says the contractions are preparing my body for labor & continues to anticipate an early arrival. So now I’m going to kick it up a notch and start working on Nipple stimulants a lot more 👌🏽🥰
