D&C, Positive Tests, and Ovulation Pain

Hi ladies,

I found out I had a missed miscarriage on 1.28 and had my D&C on 1.30 (my doctor said the procedure went great, I had very minimal bleeding). I took a pregnancy test a few days after the procedure, a week after the procedure, and another one last Saturday (2+ weeks post procedure) and they were all positive. Last Sunday-yesterday I've had ovulation pains (I had these before I found out we were pregnant so I know what they feel like). I had EWCM the past 2-3 days as well. Has anyone else experienced/currently experiencing any of these symptoms? I'm just confused how I can ovulate when I'm still testing positive on pregnancy tests. Thanks!
