Pregnant?

Supposed to start tomorrow but I've been spotting brown discharge for about 2 or 3 days, only when I use the rest room and/or wipe. I've had this discharge before but it was no where near as dark or consistent. I'm also cramping, and having lower back/side pain. Please help 🤦🏼‍♀️
