I’m only 7 DPO, and I decided to take a test bc I have been nauseous, having headaches, and I’ve felt tugging like in my ovarian area. I know it’s too early, but the symptoms have just been wild. What do you guys thing or see

So...I had my baby boy 18weeks ago.. and had the implant fitted in straightway. However I did this test today as been feeling funny and MIL took the naff as kept weeing....please tell me this is just a mistake or error? Positive or negative.?
