Pregnancy

Hi all, I'm very much new to this so please forgive my naivity 🙈 how long after having unprotected sex can you tell if you're pregnant, and what are the very early signs?

My fiance and I had unprotected sex on Friday and I've felt different since around Sunday but think it's far too early to be able to tell. I've been getting sickness every morning since qnd stomach cramps each day, but not sure if I'm just reading too much into it?

Any advice would be much appreciated. T.I.A xx
