Lower back pain remedies?

Anyone live by something that eases your lower back pain? Mine is pretty bad.

I just take a lot of epsom salt baths and try to take it easy. Maybe heating pad on low at times. I’m thinking of getting a maternity support band. Side note: we are naming our baby Mallory. Have you liked the name?
