Does anyone have any good recommendations for a sleep aid that isn’t sleeping medication or an antihistamine? Preferably something natural or a routine that works really well? I’ve tried natural calm, essential oils, and melatonin, but am willing to try again as that’s been a couple of years ago. Just curious if anyone else knows of anything better!! I work out consistently.

Back story - I have TERRIBLE insomnia. I have been on sooo many different prescription sleeping medicines, but they make me sleep walk and have night terrors. Soooo my doctor advised to take diphenhydramine (just Benadryl) and that it would be just as safe. HOWEVER. we are trying to get pregnant now and antihistamines are notorious for not only drying out your nose, but the rest of you, making it harder to get pregnant. But if you can’t sleep, that also effects fertility 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄😅 HELP ME.
