SOS! Period smell?

My period has been on for 3 days now, and when I went to the bathroom to change my pad, I realized the pad/blood smelled soooo much different! It smelled like ammonia 😩 like a strong cleaning product or something. Never had this before, I looked it up on google and a lot of websites say pregnancy or infection. Well I don’t think I’m pregnant because I got my period. But unlike every other period I had, this month was pretty weird. I started with light brown spotting a week before my period due date. Then days before had light pink and light brown spotting. But! My period ended up coming, despite all the “implantation bleeding” answers I was getting. Periods now day 3? And this ammonia smell is really strong and nasty. And WORRYING. So can somebody help!? 😭
