I think I have an infected tooth or something, my gums got really swole out of the blue , I have an appt tomorrow, if it is an infection?

Could just be pregnancy gingivitis. My gums did that my last pregnancy but it was the whole front lower ones and dentist told me to floss 2xs a day and rinse with warm salt water and it did the trick! But since you aren’t sure what it is definitely get it checked out!

Depending,on what it is and the severity, theyll probably just prescribe you antibiotics to take and see if it goes away.
